be out the door at 6.30 take your bike your bike isnt working so you have one of those movie-moments your hands getting all dirty and people having their morning coffee staring at you not as glamorous as it sounds then finally you fix your bike you ride to the place where you’re gonna run and you run and you jog and then ride home just to get another ride from my dad to the pool then get home and sleep and then on the afternoon back in the swimming pool at dinner reading this great book and watching the finals and the other day swimming again on the am and pm now going to the beach let’s go to the beach beach omg i just quoted nicki

you know that saying an apple a day keeps the doctor away? (if you didnt know it you just learned it) Well, going to the gym in the morning in this weather that can boil you straightaway,looots of walking and yoga in the afternoon before going out yesterday resulted in an awesome training today (swimming obvi).Might do some again later!!!

I only ate after training (because I wasnt hungry at all when I woke up) (because i slept at 3 and ate all night)
crepe with chocolate& shredded biscuit, a sip of vanilla (or chocolate idk) protein powder and a sip of an apple juice
I DIDNT HAVE A REAL LUNCH EITHER
i tried some fanta…it sucked, ummm.. i had salad with a whole grain round bread, cherries , like 5 squares of dark chocolate (that i was supposed to turn into an ice cream but no) and 6 figs
then i went to my french class and when i came back

just a peach ,but you know not a hairy peach (i cant believe i just said that but maybe i can)
drank soooo much water and so much green tea

Didnt go swimming because i (thought i) had too much to study 4, but i didnt. Then i started working out, but read this http://greatist.com/fitness/am-i-exercising-too-much/ and realised i always over-exercise,so i just did some stretchings and some exercises.I mean, i havent had a legit rest day in such a long time,I exercise two times a day sometimes. Now I’m stuck home I should have managed my time better, probably asked my close friend/neighbour for his bike and ride somewhere,not fast!!
This article made me think.I’ve always known you’re supposed to have rest days but I haven’t really cared (trust me I’ll probably do the same even after reading it). Anyway I’ll try to only workout/go to the gym/swimming every other day
Also I tried this (kinda) new thing today : I ate a looooot but everything healthy :) i like i likee

breakfast: whole wheat bread with eggs,you just scramble 2 (or 1 i cant remember and wont ask my mom cuz then she’ll be o m g shes writing she’s obssesing about food) eggs,use olive oil in a pan then add the bread and voila. its very good, i ate with a tomato & cottage chesee,also green tea
didnt eat for 4 hours which is really weird for me :P , but i knew we were going somewhere so i just waited. plus i started getting ready a bit early and i always forget to eat when im with clothes (or shoes or bags) ..you get the idea *_*
around 12 pm we went at the somewhere, a francaise patisserie that makes the best stuff, i usually have a chocolate croissant and a cappuccino there, but this time thans to my dad who forgot the cappuccino part i only had the croissant
my lunch was pretty weird, 350 gr chocolate ice cream or if,like me, youre not good with actually using numbers,weights or measures (weight age height? i cant tell either about a person :P ), 350 gr is half of a box. i knew that i was actually eating more than neccessary (at least now i know) , but i thought i would end the whole box for the day..but then,after the first half, i got tired of eating, and started feeling sleepy (and ofc bloated..so usual of me) .
after waking up after my afternoon 3 hour nap :P , i had decided to go for a run,but i thought exercising at home would be better, so i did http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_mOj7W0_WxE&feature=related and some yoga,and some strength exercises too. i took a shower and scrubbed, and i ate beets with some olive oil & 4 olives that were left.
i didnt really feel like eating but i knew i had to eat something,anyway i didnt eat the whole meal and im probably going to eat whats left later.
now im drinking a green tea with cinnammon and alise flavour.feeling fresh but still bloated. tomorrow is a new day, and hopefully ill be alive to experience it,if so, :D

morning: integral bread with olive oil and oregano + a tomato,green tea
snack: high in fiber crackers,coffee
lunch: healthy bio pasta with tomatoes sauce and salad with cucumber cheesee olives and..salad
pre workout: bowl of cherries and some almonds and some chocolate covered grain small balls..yea balls :P, green tea
post-workout: banana (obv)
dinner: a smaaall piece of a traditional dessert my grandma cooked, we’re supposed to it at night so ..yeaa :), + 2 green tea -so far
exercise: waaaaalking..stretching, running and swimming (finally!!)

after workout 2% fat yoghurt with banana coconut spread almonds and cinammon,and cherries (obviouslyyy!) and ice in the back of my knee. it has been hurting (on n off) for a few weeks now, but i only googled it today and turns out: ice. dont know why i didnt think about it since my brother and father are like ice every time they get hurt playing/training. and the hangover I (i havent seen 2 and i never will) (learning from mean girls..yuck!) .getting a massage now.dream big!! :)
