Dark chocolate can help prevent heart disease: It contains flavonoids, which act as antioxidants. Flavonoids protect cells from harmful molecules—called free radicals—that are produced when the body breaks down food or is exposed to sunlight or smoke. Free radicals can cause cell damage that leads to heart disease. Flavonoids can also lower blood pressure and reduce LDL cholesterol.
It can improve your mood: Dark chocolate stimulates the production of endorphins, chemicals in the brain that bring on feelings of pleasure. It also contains the chemical serotonin, which acts as an anti-depressant.
It can protect your skin: Flavonoids in dark chocolate absorb UV light, help protect and increase blood flow to the skin, and improve skin’s hydration and complexion.

Chocolate oatmeal (1/2 mashed banana, 1 tbsp dutch cocoa powder, 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water) with banana slices and peanut butter.
I actually love water more than any other drink.

It’s Saturday. I’d planned to go run/for a walk in the morning and then try those pancakes I’ve been wanting to have since forever, but turns out the beer last night turned the alarm clock off today :( So I woke up at 9.30 feeling really good anyway, I searched for recipes then found one that seemed legit and I had the ingredients (I dont know why most recipes add some really un-find-able stuff that are seriously not neccesary?!what eva) But then I was like what am I going to eat them with :O :o :O :OOO so I thought I’m going to make that healthy Nutella first and then the pancakes/waffles and then head to heaven, buuuut my morning turned out completely different. Anyway, I did try the Nutella now and I cant believe Im kind of tired because I stood there like 2 hours trying to get something decent (I actually gave up trying to achieve Nutella at like the second time) and that’s when I added everything in there literally everything and it was supposed to not fill a jar completely, but it actually filled an ice cream container at half. As the perfectionist that I am I didnt like it thaaaat much, but you know right?: I TRIEDSeptember 29th - Reblog

Yoga for the Splits
Print this out and practice these poses everyday to gain flexibility for the splits. Start by holding each pose for 30 seconds on each side. Work your way up to 1-3 minutes as your muscles start to open up. When you’re ready to try the splits use a block or pillow under your front leg for support until you feel ready to go without.
